Warranty

We offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty for our products (excluding bulbs).

Warranty Coverage:
If you encounter any issues with the product within 2 years, please contact us at info@lamplives.com with a description of the issue, along with relevant pictures and videos.
We will respond within 24 hours and provide a solution for your issue.

Replacement for Accessories:
If the problem is with any accessories, we will provide a free replacement via express shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 9-20 business days.

Electrical Issues:
If the issue relates to the electrical circuit, our engineer will provide assistance within 1-2 business days. (Please ensure the product is installed by a licensed professional.)

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, man-made damage, or natural disasters.

Post-Warranty Support:
After the 2-year warranty period, we will continue to provide technical support. However, any replacement parts and support services will be at the customer's expense.
