• 36" chandelier uses six 60-watt max E12 bulbs and the 48" chandelier uses 12 60-watt max E12 bulbs (not included). We recommend our Arhaus LED Candelabra E12 Bulbs (6610071B134).
• 36" chandelier has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 22.5"-164.75".
• 48" chandelier has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 39.25"-183.25".

Shipping and order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and a second email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided when available (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. Please understand, thank you. Therefore, please make sure that all your shipping information is correct before placing an order.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted, your item will be processed and shipped within the business day. Please note: During the promotion period, this may take longer.
The moment the package leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you with the contact information you provided. Using the tracking number, you can check for updates on the location of your package.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

The return must be requested within the 30-day period.  

The item must be in its original, unused condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Note: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Ship the item back following the provided instructions.  

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.  

If you want to initiate a refund, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.

Note: If the return is not due to a manufacturer's defect, the customer will be required to ship the product back to us at their own expense, and our shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. We'll deduct a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:

Customized or personalized items.

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs

While we offer free shipping for your order, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Order Cancellation

For Non-Customized Products:

Before shipment
Orders placed within 24 hours can be canceled for a full refund.
Orders placed over 24 hours ago, but not yet shipped, can still be canceled, but a 15% handling fee will be deducted.

After 24 hours, your order is already being processed and packed, which incurs operational costs.

After shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
You may return the item after delivery, but return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Warranty Coverage:

Replacement for Accessories:
If the problem is with any accessories, we will provide a free replacement via express shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 9-20 business days.

Electrical Issues:
If the issue relates to the electrical circuit, our engineer will provide assistance within 1-2 business days. (Please ensure the product is installed by a licensed professional.)

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, man-made damage, or natural disasters.

Post-Warranty Support:
After the 2-year warranty period, we will continue to provide technical support. However, any replacement parts and support services will be at the customer's expense.
